Cost of Care
To provide the best possible care for all of our patients, we practice as a cash-based practice. This allows us to tailor your care to you and your needs not, the wants of your insurance provider.
You can anticipate paying a rate of $180 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
Standard appointment times include:
New Patient- Minimum 1 Hour
Existing Patient- Minimum 30 Min
If you have insurance benefits that cover chiropractic care let us know and, if needed, a superbill can be created to help you submit your care to your insurance provider. This may result in some or all of your in-office costs being refunded to you through your coverage but is not guaranteed.
Therapies Available:
Chiropractic manipulation: May involve traditional hands-on manipulation utilizing the diversified technique, instrument-assisted manipulation, drop table, or gentle mobilization techniques.
Soft tissue techniques: May involve active pin and stretch, dermal traction, or instrument-assisted percussion.
Therapeutic exercise/activities: May involve strengthening specific musculature, retraining movement patterns, or improving activities of daily living.
Jaw/TMJ care: May involve soft tissue techniques to balance muscle tension across the jaw, gentle mobilization of the TMJ, and home care activities to help with jaw tracking.
Corporate Contracts and Mobile Care
These options are available upon request with prior authorization by the clinic. Rates may vary depending on distance traveled, number of individuals, or other factors.
MVA + Workman's Compensation
Due to the increased requirements for treating these groups patients are only taken on a case by case basis. Before scheduling an appointment, please give us a call (971-205-2349) or email (office@thornwellness.com).
